  • This event has passed.

The 4th annual CEE Capital Markets & FinTech Awards aims to recognise listed firms and top investors – and the full ecosystem of support such as international brokers, bankers, lawyers, IR professionals, and auditors – for their contribution to the development of CEE’s capital markets.

It includes not only publicly-traded companies but also private companies backed by PE/VCs and promising young companies with high-growth potential. These companies will be from a wide range of sectors, from FinTech to xTech and old-economy companies.

Matching Investors with Companies. The aim is to connect great companies with smart money. Focusing on 3 stages (Start-Ups; Expansion Stage; Undiscovered Gems), we see the need to match Great Companies with Smart Institutional Investors – and help provide capital through the full life-cycle of the company.

Consequently, There are additional Awards categories and a daytime Summit Agenda that connects a Limited number (VIP Invitation only and pre-screened) of high-potential companies with international, institutional investors (with primary focus on US, Germany, UK, and Scandinavia)

Break-out Sessions and Matchmaking:

a) StartUp Pitches: 25 brilliant or brash business ideas (for those looking for 100,000 euro to 500,000 euro). (Companies must be pre-approved.)

b) “Expansion or Next Stage”: 15 revenue-generating companies in next stage of financing (Euro 500,000 -5,000,000) with 15 minutes to pitch their idea. (Companies must be pre-approved.)

c) “Undiscovered Gems” – 9 Publicly-listed companies have 25 minutes to present their case to institutional fund managers (disruptive business models, unique advantages of CEE-based companies, and overlooked niches in CEE). (Companies must be pre-approved).

EBAN members will receive 15% discount off on tickets to the evening Awards Gala. For further information contact info@eban.org
